Open-source software
The Agent Audit Ledger CLI and its source code are provided under the MIT License, without warranty. You are responsible for reviewing generated ledgers and deciding whether the underlying changes are safe or correct.
Evidence has limits
Hashes and signatures establish byte identity and manifest integrity. They do not prove authorship, intent, test completeness, security, or code quality. A successful command exit code is evidence of execution, not a guarantee that the command was appropriate.
Team policy kit
The optional Team policy kit costs $49 USD as a one-time purchase for one organization. It unlocks named policy presets and v1 policy updates. Core CLI features, safety behavior, hashing, signatures, accessibility, and exports remain free. Sociobot/Dodo is the merchant of record and handles payment and refunds. A refund revokes the associated license.
Acceptable use
Do not use the product to covertly surveil people, collect prompts or secrets without authorization, misrepresent evidence, or violate law. You are responsible for ensuring event capture complies with your organization’s policies.
Availability and changes
The static site and license service may occasionally be unavailable; the free local CLI and previously exported ledgers continue to work offline. We may update these terms prospectively and will change the effective date above.
